Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to North America and other global regions, excluding Europe.

International shipping times may vary based on location and customs processes. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Superficient is not responsible for lost shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at shop@superficient.net within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.
